You may book an appointment via our website at any time. We also take walk-ins and call ins. Walk in appointments are booked based on availability.

Special Events

Want to have a bridal party, girls night out, birthday party or just a private event with friends? Sip on some bubbly while getting an awesome new look? Pump some fun music and sing along while getting a service. Bring in treats and specialty cocktails to make your event special. This is your party, and you can do (almost anything) that you want! Private parties are by reservation and must be scheduled 30 days in advance. Please reach out to us to schedule an appointment for pricing and contractual details.

Punctuality

To ensure that you have an efficient and wonderful experience at Salon 23 Hair Spa, please arrive no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late after your scheduled appointment may result in appointment cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment.

Consultations

All new clients are subject to a consultation appointment with a Salon 23 hairstylist, prior to their first service. In most cases, your consultation can be done prior to your service on the day of your appointment. 

All color, braiding and extension services require a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. After the consultation, a 50% deposit is required when booking.

Cancellations

We realize that life happens and on occasion it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Twenty-four hour notification to cancel an appointment is required via website, online booking, salon phone call and/or voicemail. No shows, and late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will result in an automatic charge to the card on file for 100% of the services booked.

Payments

All major debit/credit cards are accepted for services and products. Gratuities are also welcomed . At this time, checks are not accepted as a form of payment.

Services for Children

To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow children under the age of 12 in the salon. Children under the age of 17, may be serviced with the consent and presence of a parent. Occasionally, back to school specials, weddings and other community events may change this policy. Notifications and updates will be announced in advance.
